Nigel Bennett1 days agoBreakfast is spectacular and worth the cost of the room alone. Excellent range and caters to all tastes. Stayed in a family room and there were two large single beds for the kids which would easily accommodate an adult each and a very large king bed. There is a spa above the swimming pool. Rooms could use more places to hang wet towels but overall very comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and quick to assist. Pool bar is expensive as expected but they do have happy hour from 3pm to 6pm. Would definitely recommend staying here.Posted on Google
Marc Urlus1 days agoFantastic hotel, very happy with our experience so far. The rooms could probably do with updating or modernising at some point, but there's nothing wrong with them. Beds are on the firm side but I seem to get a good night's sleep. The air conditioning works well, a must in Bali! The buffet breakfast is wide-ranging and very good! The pool & pool bar are lovely, and the service is excellent. The Balinese Dance performers on the showcase platform in the pool area were entertaining, as were the fire dancers! The staff are so friendly and the resort is right by the beach. Loved the pool and the milkshakes and fries at the swim up bar. Natalia Todisco38 days agoL’hotel si trova in una posizione fantastica, a pochi chilometri dall’aeroporto e sulla strada principale di Kuta. Le stanze sono troppo umide infatti i vestiti all’interno delle nostre valigie erano bagnati nonostante la presenza del deumidificatore. Avevamo la stanza vicino alla piscina di cui non abbiamo usufruito. La colazione è internazione ed è una delle più varie che abbia mai fatto, c’era persino il gelato a colazione, ottima la parte salata e la frutta. Ho apprezzato tantissimo assaggiare qualcosa della cucina tipica indonesiana a colazione. Food was fantastic and the experience was worth the money spent. The spa was amazing and so much easier than finding something on the street. Laden Surianta Did a great job cleaning our room and did beautiful bed decorations and towel animals . It was my wife’s birthday and a lovely flower arrangement also arrived to the room. Alison Marshall49 days agoI hurt my heel (entirely my fault) on the steps leaving the Wharf restaurant and a very kind girl helped me. Her name is Yuni and she brought antiseptic and bandaides. I am so grateful to her and she is a great credit to the resort. I often stop for coffee at Bintang when I walk and have done for many years. I love the service. ume50 days agoクタの街では端っこになりますが空港から近くホテルの周りには徒歩圏内でショッピングモールやレストラン、カフェもあるので便利なホテルです。 部屋は綺麗ですし、レストラン、プール、ビーチ、スパ、ジムなどありホテル内でも充実した時間が過ごせます。 家族で4人でプール側バルコニー付きコネクティングルームを予約したのですがアップグレードしてくれて最上階スイートルームにしてくれました‼️感動🥹 朝食はビュッフェ形式で3回頂きましたが、種類も多く毎日異なったものが出ていて満足です。 また帰りの飛行機が深夜便だったので12時チェックアウト後に荷物を預けてスミニャックやレギャンで買い物して空港に行く前にスパのシャワーを使わせて頂けたのでサッパリしてから帰れたの嬉しかったです。 また利用したいホテルです！+15Posted on Google

De afstand naar het centrum is goed te lopen, ook met kinderen van 8, 12 en 14 jaar. Vanuit het centrum kan je ook makkelijk een taxi terug nemen naar het hotel. Aan het strand zijn er geen ligbedden om daar te zitten. Dan is het strand iets verder naar boven beter, ook om te surfen.Posted on Google

Le service est humain et si attentionné. Le personnel est très disponible et toujours prêt à vous aider. Contre toute attente, l'établissement est un havre de paix d'un calme absolu parfaitement préservé de l'agitation des rues animées de Kuta. mark Thompson69 days agoLovely hotel location is ideal short drive from the airport, on the beach . Short walk to shops and eateries can recommend the Wharf great food and excellent value for money, the staff all of them were and are exceptional, your trainees are a future asset for you and great service provided. We've only a minor criticism firstly please provide oat milk at breakfast and cushions on the outside room furniture would be a great gesture. A shout out to the pool team great care and made our stay feel special and to the older server ( no disrespects ) at the covered eating area at the pool he was and is a great ambassador for exceptional customer care apologies don't recall his name a true professional and gentleman. Anugraha Ghale83 days agoI stayed at Bintang Bali Resort for a work conference, so I didn't get to experience it as a typical holiday resort, but I honestly had a really good stay. The hotel definitely has an older feel to it, so if you're expecting a brand-new luxury resort, this isn't that. Personally though, I actually liked it. It has a lot of character, plenty of greenery, and a much more relaxed atmosphere than some of the newer hotels around Kuta. It felt peaceful, and I enjoyed that slower pace. The conference facilities were great too. There were plenty of meeting rooms, everything was well organized, and the staff were always helpful. A huge thank you to the concierge team as well. I had more than 30 packages arriving over about four days, and they handled everything without any issues. They accepted my prepaid deliveries, kept everything safely stored until I could collect them, and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. I really appreciated how accommodating they were. Overall, if you don't mind a hotel with a bit of age and character, I think this is a great place to stay. This is conscious tourism too to some extend. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and I'd happily stay here again.+5Posted on Google

Aida F. Armășoiu106 days agoI absolutely loved it there. The rooms are incredible and the views are absolutely exceptional. You feel like you live in heaven. They take really good care of the gardens every day. You can see squirrels and you can hear the beautiful birds in the morning. It is just an absolute bliss being there. I loved every single second. The only thing I would mention to be aware of is that sometimes it can get noisy but that is with every hotel. You can't control how people behave (we always get that one loud person). If you ring the reception within literally seconds someone will be there and sort it out for you because they really take things very seriously. Exceptional staff.+26Posted on Google

The first time in Bali a very expensive pair of Oakley sunglasses have ever been returned to me in Bali ... The happy relaxed positivity within hotel makes any stay a very memorable and happy experience that my family will cherish.... My family wouldn't stay at any other hotel....Ratih... Hotelul are o multime de facilitati, dispune de o piscina principala, prevazuta cu o zona de joaca pentru copii, sezlonguri, de un spa, amplasat in zona de hol a resortului, de sala de fitness, complet echipata, dar si de un club pentru copii. De asemenea, hotelul dispune de un bar, amplasat langa piscina (The Reef Bar), de 2 restaurante, Brasserie, situat la parter, unde se ia si micul dejun, tip bufet, care este bogat si diversificat si Wharf, situat pe plaja si care ofera o panorama extraordinara asupra apusului de soare, acesta din urma avand meniu international, menit sa satisfaca toate gusturile. Camerele sunt spatioase si moderne, noi am petrecut 4 nopti in care am fost cazati atat intr-o camera dubla, cat si in suita deluxe, curatenia s-a facut in fiecare zi, iar consumabilele au fost inlocuite ori de cate ori a fost necesar. Wir geben auf die Zimmereinrichtung nur vier Sterne, da wir der Meinung sind, dass dort nicht alles einem 5 Sterne Resort gleicht. Ein spezielles Dankeschön an Herr Kadek Surianta für die tägliche Zimmer Reinigung und die schönen Skulpturen, welche er auf den Betten erstellte. Stevie D152 days agoRooms are decent. The facility is huge. Great conference set up for our event! Long walks to our rooms but managed to get some steps in! The location is strategic and right by the beach! Very close to the airport as well! Amazing staff and great service! I would definitely go back!Posted on Google

We were very warmly welcomed, and all the staff were extremely attentive, including the restaurant team. I highly recommend trying the chicken steak with mushroom sauce — it was absolutely delicious. We would especially like to thank Putu from the recreation team for always checking in on us and making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
